This is the lower carb version of the Organic Workout bread mix.

Instructions 

Ingredients to add

  • 70ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 450ml of boiling water (90 °)

Cooking time: 120 minutes at 175 °

Method:

  • You will need two large bowls.
  • Put the mixture in one and mix so that all the flours mix well
  • In the second bowl, pour the vinegar and boiling water
  • Turn the bowl with the mixture over into the one with the water and vinegar and start mixing immediately because it will thicken very quickly. If you can, you can also use the meni taking care not to burn yourself.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking tray covered with baking paper (we do not recommend using a bread pan). You can also use a rectangular cake pan if you prefer.
  • Bake for 120 minutes at 175 °, turning after 60 minutes (upside down)
  • Let the bread cool completely before cutting it (if you have baked it in the pan, let it cool 15 minutes before removing it.

This bread is quite moist, especially freshly made, so don't store it in an airtight container or it will go mushy. You can store it wrapped in a clean cloth or directly in the air.
