Vital proteins of the wheat, organic sunflower proteins *, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, fiber oats, apple fiber, crystalline salt, yeast, spices

Instructions

Method

  1. Put the contents of the bag in a bowl and add 230ml of warm water (25-30 °) 
  2. Stir and then knead for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Give the dough the shape of a loaf or rolls and arrange them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or greased with oil
  4. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 45 minutes
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
  6. Turn off the oven, open it and leave the bread inside for 15-25 minutes
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and set it to cool but don't cover it


Warning!
Store the bread in a canvas bread bag or cover it with a cloth but don't put it in a closed container and don't store it in a plastic bag
