Simply Keto porridge is low carb and designed for those on a keto diet. Usually porridge is made from oats which are high in carbohydrates and hardly compatible with low carb regimes so those at Simply Keto have come up with this alternative recipe which has only 2g of net carbs per 100g. It can also be prepared with water but gives its best with unsweetened almond milk.

Method

Mix the porridge with milk (the best is unsweetened almond) in a proportion of about 1 to 2 (e.g. 30g of porridge with 60g of milk or a bit more) and leave to rest for 3-4 minutes. The longer you leave it, the denser it becomes.
