Low carb bagel mix - Simply Keto
The bagel made with this Simply Keto mix have only 1.5g of carbohydrates and 164Kcal per 100g and are gluten and lactose free. Perfect for the keto or low carb diet and very easy to do even for the less experienced in the kitchen.
This preparation allows you to obtain 6 bagels, you do not need the mixer or other special tools, just add a little water and apple cider vinegar and (if you want) sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake. Simple isn't it?
You can cut them in half and stuff them with jam or sweet creams or with cheese and salty ingredients, they are in both cases very good.

- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 20g of apple cider vinegar and 420g of water (70 degrees)
- Stir the dough and knead it until you get a homogeneous mass
- Moisten your hands and form 6 small balls of 120g each.
- Stretch each ball to form a sort of "snake" and join the two ends to form the bagels
- Bake in a convection oven at 175 degrees for 45-50 min
